1. General Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if requested within 3 days of payment and before any content
development has started. To request a refund, please email us at

2. Content Writing Services
- Full refund if cancellation is requested before writing begins.
- Partial refund (up to 30%) may be considered if only research has started.
- No refunds once the draft or final content has been delivered.
3. Revisions & Modifications
- We provide up to 2 free revisions per order, provided they are within the original
requirements.
- Additional revisions or changes in scope may incur extra charges.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method within 7–10 working days. Transaction fees, payment gateway
charges, or taxes are non-refundable.
5. No Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases
- Content already delivered or downloaded.
- Unclear, incomplete, or incorrect requirements provided by the client.
- Failure to provide timely responses or approvals.
- Customized packages with a “No Refund” clause.
